At VDMPARFUM, our customers' satisfaction and peace of mind are our highest priority.

We accept returns or exchanges as long as they meet the following requirements:

• The request must be submitted within 4 calendar days of receiving the product.

• The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, in its original packaging, and with all accessories (if applicable).

• Perfumes and beauty products cannot be opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Order number

• Full name

• Reason for return/exchange

• After placing the order, we will send instructions for reshipping the product.


3. Shipping Costs

• If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or our store error, we will cover the shipping costs.


4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been reviewed.

• The timeframe may vary depending on the payment method used, but generally occurs within 7 business days after approval.

• If the product shows signs of use or does not meet the conditions described, the return may be refused.


5. Products Ineligible for Returns

• Products on sale or clearance (except for manufacturing defects).

• Perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
